The clean label movement was driven by Consumers, who demand products to show an easy-to-understand label due to the rising awareness of food safety and health consciousness in recent years. Total Quality Food Association, established the "Taiwan Quality Food Certification Addition Scheme - TQF Clean Scheme" based on the "Total Quality Food Certification Program". TQF Clean program allows TQF certified products to comply with food sanitation and safety requirements and continue to add value to their quality in meeting the markets' demands.
