Complaints and appeals are concerns, frustrations, disputes, or conflicts that may have arisen during implementation or certification of the TQF Program. They may have been caused by a conflict of interest within certified sites, or by CBs, auditors, or others associated with the TQF Program. Appropriate solutions shall be analyzed and discussed to protect the interests of all parties.
